About

All of Us Athletics exists to build neuroinclusive sports communities where athletes, coaches, owners, and spectators share responsibility for creating environments rooted in dignity, safety, and belonging. We believe sports are strongest when reflecting the full diversity of human minds and bodies, and when systems are designed to adapt to people rather than forcing people to adapt to systems.

We commit to equipping coaches and owners with the knowledge, tools, and accountability structures needed to lead inclusive programs; to designing inclusive spaces, schedules, interactions and communication practices that support a wide range of sensory, cognitive, and emotional needs; and to engaging athletes and spectators as active contributors to a culture of respect, understanding, and shared ownership.
Through training, education, community standards, and ongoing evaluation, we work to remove barriers to participation, expand access to meaningful athletic experiences, and support both personal growth and athletic development. Our goal is not simply inclusion, but excellence defined by sustainability, equity, and collective success—where every participant is valued, every role matters, and everyone involved in sports has the opportunity to participate, contribute, and thrive.
